- HRG Clinic: A doctor app for managing appointments, patient care, and consultations
User Accounts

- Maintain the security of your account credentials (MPIN)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Important: Our platform facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals for medical conditions.
Appointments and Payments
- Appointments are subject to doctor availability
- Payment is required at the time of booking for online consultations
- Cancellation and refund policies apply as per our Refund Policy
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Video Consultations
When using video consultation services:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Video calls may be recorded with explicit consent for medical records
- You are responsible for ensuring privacy during consultations
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
