Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for services booked through HRG Health application.

Cancellation by Patient

Refund Eligibility:

  • 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund (unless exceptional circumstances)

Cancellation by Doctor/Hospital

If an appointment is cancelled by the doctor or hospital:

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the HRG Health app
  2. Go to your appointment history
  3. Select the cancelled appointment
  4. Tap "Request Refund" button
  5. Provide reason for refund request

If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact our support team with your booking details and we will review your case within 48 hours.
