Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for services booked through HRG Health application.
Cancellation by Patient
Refund Eligibility:
- 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund (unless exceptional circumstances)
Cancellation by Doctor/Hospital
If an appointment is cancelled by the doctor or hospital:
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- You may choose to reschedule instead of receiving a refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Technical Issues
If a video consultation cannot proceed due to technical issues on our end:
- Full refund or free rescheduling will be offered
- Contact support with details of the issue
How to Request a Refund
- Open the HRG Health app
- Go to your appointment history
- Select the cancelled appointment
- Tap "Request Refund" button
- Provide reason for refund request
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- You will receive email/notification confirmation
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed consultations
- No-show by patient without prior cancellation
- Dissatisfaction with medical advice (please contact the hospital directly)
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact our support team with your booking details and we will review your case within 48 hours.
