Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of specific types of data while keeping your HRG Health or HRG Clinic account active. This gives you more control over your personal information.

Note: This is different from account deletion. To delete your entire account, visit Delete Account.

Types of Data You Can Request to Delete

You may request deletion of the following data types:

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Data Management

  1. Open the HRG Health or HRG Clinic app
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Privacy & Data
  3. Select "Manage My Data"
  4. Choose the data types you want to delete
  5. Confirm your request with OTP verification

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@hrglife.com with:

Under healthcare regulations and legal requirements, some data must be retained:

You can download a copy of all your data before deletion by going to Settings โ†’ Privacy & Data โ†’ Export My Data in the app, or by emailing support@hrglife.com with subject "Data Export Request".
