Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your HRG Health or HRG Clinic account at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the HRG Health or HRG Clinic app
- Go to Settings → Profile
- Scroll down to "Delete Account"
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@hrglife.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered phone number
- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we will remove:
- Your personal profile information
- Appointment history
- Payment information
- App preferences and settings
- Push notification tokens
Data Retention Requirements
Please note that some data may be retained as required by law:
- Medical Records: Retained for 7 years as per healthcare regulations
- Financial Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes
- Legal Compliance: Data required for ongoing legal matters
Processing Time
- Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
- You can cancel the request within 7 days if you change your mind
Consequences of Deletion
After account deletion:
- You will lose access to all appointment history
- Any pending appointments will be cancelled
- Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed
- You can create a new account with the same phone number
